Hello everyone, we are HOVER MAD TEAM.

Since 2023, the HOVER MAD TEAM has successfully hosted the past two **Rosa Festa** events, achieving results beyond expectations. It has been an incredible honor for the organizers to witness so many creators showcasing their works, passion, and skills. As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the HOVER MAD TEAM, we are excited to announce the launch of Rosa Festa 2025!

This year's Rosa Festa will once again be fully hosted by the HOVER MAD TEAM. We will maintain our signature style and continue contributing to the MAD/AMV community while staying true to the team's vision. The overall direction of this Rosa Festa will remain consistent with previous editions, with the event running from April 1st, 2025, to July 1st, 2025. Additionally, features such as rolling submissions, real-time feedback, and finalist awards will continue to be part of this year’s Rosa Festa rules! The primary goals of Rosa Festa include fostering high-quality works, encouraging creativity, guiding newcomers, energizing the MAD/AMV community, and providing a platform for creative exchange. We hope that creators and enthusiasts alike will continue to support us and participate enthusiastically without feeling any creative pressure!

Event Rules:

To provide a more balanced evaluation environment, Rosa Festa will be divided into two sections: White Rosa and Red Rosa, with gold, silver, and bronze awards presented in each section. The White Rosa section includes, but is not limited to, still image and stylistic works, while the Red Rosa section covers, but is not limited to, animation, AMV, and ASMV works. If participants feel their work does not fit neatly into either section, they may choose the section that best matches their style, which will not affect scoring except in special cases. For example, hybrid works can be categorized based on the proportion of still and animated content. If participants have difficulty deciding, they can contact the organizers for assistance at any time. If the number of shortlisted works in one section is insufficient, a backup prize plan will be implemented, ensuring that the total prize amount remains unchanged.

In addition, Rosa Festa will adopt a shortlist + ranking system for evaluations. The initial review panel will select approximately 50 high-quality works for the shortlist, with the exact number subject to adjustment depending on the situation. To ensure greater fairness and efficiency in the initial review, this year’s Rosa Festa has also invited judges from outside the HOVER MAD TEAM to serve as initial review panelists. After the shortlist is determined, the works will be submitted to the final review panel, invited by the organizers, for the final award evaluations. The two sections will share the shortlisted slots, though adjustments may be made depending on circumstances. Judges and organizers are allowed to participate, but if a final review panelist participates and makes the shortlist, one of the initial review panelists will temporarily step in for the final evaluation. Final review panelists cannot evaluate their own works.

As in previous editions, once participants have submitted their works and received confirmation from the organizers, they are free to publish their works on any platform. However, after publication, the original video submitted for evaluation cannot be replaced except in special circumstances. Regarding feedback, participants will receive at least one review from the initial review panel within 15 days after submission, regardless of whether their work is shortlisted, except in special cases.

Submission Requirements:

1. Submitted works must comply with the MAD/AMV definition.

2. We do not accept mixed-edit works dominated by live-action films, nor do we accept works that do not meet the MAD/AMV definition, including but not limited to PVs, surgery videos, original CGs, etc.

3.Triple-editing, pure replicas, plagiarism, or theft of works is strictly prohibited from participating in the event. If found, the qualification for this event will be canceled.

4. We do not accept works that have been publicly released or were previously released on any platform, domestically or internationally. Except in special circumstances, a single work cannot participate in multiple competitions. If unsure, please feel free to contact the organizers for confirmation.

5. We accept works such as collaborations, MEPs, and collabs, but the prize money will not be multiplied by the number of participants.

6. Submitted works must be no less than 1 minute and no longer than 10 minutes, with the duration excluding the intro, staff credits, loops, and other non-main content.

7. Submitted works must include the logo of any previous Rosa Festa edition or display the text "蔷薇宴" or "Rosa Festa" in the video. The duration of the logo appearance should be reasonable, and logos from previous editions can be found in the group chat.

8. Submitted works should be as clear as possible, with no restrictions on resolution or aspect ratio set by the organizers.

9. Since the shortlisted works will be published on Bilibili, the submitted works must comply with the platform's review standards.

10. Any content that is anti-human, anti-social, pornographic, violent, illegal, or sensitive is strictly prohibited.

Submission Process:

1. Submitted works must be named in the format [Section] Title_AuthorID. For collaborative works, please include the team name in the ID section. For example, 【Red Rosa】Just Rest_Yumo or 【White Rosa】Winter Mirage-Fear Moment_HentaiMadTeam.

2. In addition to the work itself, a 1920x1080 resolution cover image must also be submitted. Missing materials must be provided.

3. If the submitted work is a collaborative work, a detailed list of participating members must be provided. Missing materials must be supplemented.

4. After compressing all submission materials into a zip file, submit it to the organizers. You can submit your work through conventional file transfer methods, such as the organizer's QQ or email in the group chat. The organizer's email is: [email protected].

5. Once the submission is successfully delivered to the organizers and confirmation is received, participants can freely publish their works on any platform. However, except in special circumstances, works cannot be updated or modified freely. The initial and final review will be based on the submitted video file.

6. When publishing, the title or tag (Tag) must include the keyword【蔷薇宴】 to facilitate search by organizers and viewers. If the keyword is removed before the event ends, it will be considered as a withdrawal. After the event ends, you are free to remove the keyword or modify the submission.

7. Participants are allowed to submit up to 3 works, but only the highest-ranking work will be considered, and only one submission can win an award.

8. After submitting and publicly releasing the work, participants will receive at least one initial review comment from the initial review panel within 15 days, except in special circumstances.

* The final interpretation of all rules is owned by HOVER MAD TEAM and the organizers of Rosa Festa.
