Hello everyone,
We areHOVER MAD TEAM.(Group H). Since 2023, Group H has successfully hosted the past three editions of the Rosa Festa event, achieving results that exceeded expectations. It has been an immense honor for the organizers to see so many creators showcase their work, passion, and skills. Therefore, we will do our very best to host this year’s event as well.~Rosa Festa~ 2026!
This year’s Rose Banquet will once again be organized entirely by Group H. We will maintain our usual style and, while staying true to Group H’s philosophy, continue to strive to provide the MAD/AMV community with an enjoyable event. The general direction of this year’s Rose Banquet will be consistent with previous editions, but the event schedule has been adjusted toApril 30, 2026, through July 15, 2026. In addition to this,Submit and Enter on the Spot, Real-Time Feedback, Honorable MentionsThese event features will also carry over to this year’s rules! The Rose Banquet aims to foster high-quality works, encourage new creators, invigorate the MAD/AMV community, and provide a platform for creative exchange. We hope that creators and enthusiasts alike will continue to support us and participate enthusiastically—without feeling any pressure to create!

Contest Rules:
Rosa Festa will still be divided into two main categories: 【White Rose】 and 【Red Rose】, with Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards selected separately for each category. The 【White Rose】 category includes but is not limited to static, style-based, and similar types, while the 【Red Rose】 category includes but is not limited to animation, AMV, ASMV, and similar types. If a participant feels their work cannot be classified into either category, they may choose the category that best matches their work to participate; this will not affect scoring except under special circumstances. For example, 【mixed-style】 works can choose a category based on the proportion of static and animation parts. If participants find it difficult to choose, they can contact the organizers for assistance at any time. If the number of shortlisted entries in one category is insufficient, a backup prize plan will be used, with the total prize amount unchanged.
Shortlist + Ranking system will continue to be used. For the shortlist selection, the preliminary review team will select approximately 40 outstanding entries. The shortlist number is an estimate and may be increased or decreased as needed. To enhance fairness and efficiency in the shortlist review, this year's Rosa Festa has also invited judges outside Group H to serve as preliminary reviewers. After the shortlist selection, entries will be submitted to the final review team invited by the organizer for final awards and individual category awards. The two major divisions share the shortlist slots, but the ratio may be adjusted based on circumstances. Judges and organizers may participate in the event. If a final judge participates and their entry is shortlisted, a preliminary judge will temporarily evaluate in their place; final judges cannot evaluate their own entries.
As in previous editions, once a participant has submitted their work and received confirmation from the organizers, they may freely publish it on any platform. However, after publication, the original video submitted for judging cannot be replaced except under special circumstances. Regarding feedback, except in special cases, whether shortlisted or not, participants will receive at least one piece of feedback from the preliminary judges within 15 days of submission.
This year's Rosa Festa introduces new individual awards and a Best Group award. A special interactive feature encouraging audience and participant engagement will also be announced before the release of the shortlist compilation video, and will be revealed in the event discussion group around the time of the video's release!

Best Group Award:
In order to encourage MAD's creation, this competition has specially set up the "Best Group Award". The specific selection rules are as follows:
When submitting their entries, participants may indicate whether the entry represents their affiliated group. Group types include but are not limited to Team, Studio, Club, etc. Each entry can only represent one group.
Count the total number of entries that have been shortlisted for the contest on behalf of a group. If a participant has multiple entries that meet the shortlisting criteria, all of them can be counted toward the group's total shortlisted entries, but this must not conflict with the rule in the "Shortlist Award" that each participant can only have one entry shortlisted (i.e., the individual shortlist award still follows the one-person-one-entry principle, and this does not affect the group award which is calculated based on multiple entries).
Collab and MEP entries may only be counted toward the represented group's shortlist after obtaining explicit consent from all participants of that work, and will be counted as one submission.
Scoring example:
Participant Han Yumo submitted three entries, all representing the same group [HENTAI MAD TEAM]. After the preliminary review, all three entries met the shortlisting criteria, so the group's total shortlisted count increased by 3.
Participant Han Yumo submitted three entries representing [HENTAI MAD TEAM], [Still Fantasy Studio], and [JC Anime Club] respectively. After the preliminary review, all three entries met the shortlist standard, so the total number of shortlisted entries for each of the above three groups increased by 1.
Participants Han Yumo, Liaoliao Bu Xiang Zuo Meng, and Nicetuiti collaborated on one MEP entry representing the group [HENTAI MAD TEAM] to participate in the event. If after the preliminary review it meets the shortlist standard, the total number of shortlisted entries for that group increases by 1.
The organizer, [HOVER MAD TEAM], is not eligible to participate in the evaluation of this award.
Awards and Prizes: Ranked by the total number of shortlisted entries from each group from highest to lowest, the first place receives 600 RMB, the second place 300 RMB, and the third place 200 RMB. The prizes will be collected uniformly by representatives of each group, who will be responsible for subsequent distribution and management.
