It is once again time for the annual IFT IC, short for InFinite Team IRON CHEF. The theme for this year’s IC has been decided as
Fluxshade
The production period is Jul. 28 to Aug. 3, 2026, jointly organized by Infinite Team, MAD Producer Studio, and MAD Film (Beijing) Anime Technology Co., Ltd.
A free echo lifted by light and shadow, a timed trial about “flow” and “traces.” Within just a few days, creators move through the boundaries of shots, rhythm, and emotion, carving their own moments between visuals and music.
A contest, a drifting journey of visuals. Flow is a rhythm that moves with the heart, a change that can be both soft and sharp; shadow is the lingering warmth deep within the frame, an echo that remains long after it falls. Every cut searches for a new form, and every paused frame may become an irreplaceable trace.
Within a limited time, surge freely like water, and remain deeply like shadow.

Event Schedule
Creation Date:
From 00:00 on Jul. 28 to 23:59 on Aug. 3, 2026, based on Beijing Time (GMT+8). Please check the contest time in your own time zone. We have also provided a countdown on the special page for participants’ temporary reference.
Song pack and preview:
We will release the song pack on the download page 30 minutes before the contest begins for participants to download in advance. This contest also provides an online song preview service, and the preview entrance is also available on the download page.
Results announcement:
Please keep an eye on the QQ group chat or other official platforms for follow-up notices. We will release results-related information as soon as possible.
Contest Rules
- Participants must select a song from the judges' song pack and complete a work of the required length within the specified time.
- The BGM of the submission may only use songs provided in the judges’ song pack. Multiple songs from the same category may be selected, but cross-category production is not allowed. There are no restrictions on source material. Please note that animated/manga footage must account for more than 70%.
- Third-party edits, any form of imitation, and previously uploaded works are not accepted.
- You may revise your submission before the deadline, with the last submitted work regarded as the final entry.
- Before the contest production period ends, you are not allowed to publish your submission on any streaming platform or elsewhere. Any public release of the submission in any form before that time will be regarded as a withdrawal.
- Only non-judges and non-organizers may participate.
- Please make sure to carefully read the detailed competition rules document before starting your work. During the competition, the organizers may modify or supplement the rules based on unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, and will announce any changes promptly.
The final interpretation of the competition belongs to the Infinite_MAD_TEAM organizers.

Submission Requirements:
I. Please ensure that your work meets the definition of AMV. After removing the opening and ending parts, its duration must be at least 1 min 30 s. Still-image works and ASMV-type works will not be accepted.
II. The work must meet the submission standards of Bilibili’s animation category. Please keep the video size under 1 GiB. H.264 / H.265 / x264 / x265 is recommended for encoding, and the video format should be MP4 / MKV / MOV. Please use MP3 / M4A / WAV / AAC for the audio format. Any form of loops is not allowed, including reusing edited segments repeatedly to extend the duration.
Cover requirements:
Please prepare a cover image for your work. The cover will be used for the compilation of finalist works, so its size must be 1920×1080, and the format must be PNG or JPG. Covers that do not meet the requirements will be cropped or converted by us.
Submission quantity limit:
Each participant may submit only one individual work and one MEP/COLLAB work. If you participate in an MEP/COLLAB project, you may only receive one prize.
Confirmation after submission:
After you submit the form, we will send you an email to confirm whether your submission has passed the basic review, which only checks whether it meets the submission rules. If you do not receive any email within 48 hours, please contact us in time.
Results and Notifications:
The top 10 works of this contest will be publicly announced on MAD Producer 麦德工坊 and other official platforms. All judging results and comments will be sent to the email address you filled in the form, and all emails will be sent from an address ending with @madproducer.com. Follow-up information about finalist works and prize collection will also be handled through this email address. Please make sure your email address is correct and can receive emails normally.
Special Note:
During the contest production period, that is, before the deadline, please do not upload your work to any streaming platform to ensure the fairness of the contest. When uploading to a streaming platform, please add the “IFT IC #6” mark to the title so that we can accurately confirm your submission information.
