The sound of cicadas opens the height of summer, and inspiration shines at your fingertips.
The 6th FengHuaHuiZhan is officially underway!
*There are some changes to this year's submission rules, please read carefully.
This year's FengHuaHuiZhan will launch simultaneously with the MAD CONTEST 2025 Summer Season. Winners of the Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Individual Awards will receive carefully prepared prizes, cash rewards, and certificates from the organizers.
Unlike previous years, FengHuaHuiZhan will, for the first time, collaborate with student clubs from universities across the country to launch the “University Division” and host offline screening events.
During the preparation for the contest, we were delighted to receive enthusiastic responses from fellow communities — the independent game group 三鱼渔STUDIO, formed by MAD enthusiasts, offered to support the contest with materials and offline event assistance, out of a shared passion for creative expression. Here, FengHuaHuiZhan extends heartfelt thanks to 三鱼渔STUDIO!

▶Submission Review

FengHuaHuiZhan 2025
▶Event Schedule
1. Submission Period: July 6, 00:00 ~ September 15, 23:59
2. Finalist Showcase: September 28 ~ October 6, selected entries will be featured daily at 18:00 in curated collections.
3. Contest Results Announcement: October 7, 12:00, published on the event website and official column.
▶Main Rules
1. All MAD-related submissions are eligible, including still image works, AMV, tokusatsu, and domestic creations; excluding fully original OC animations, Motion Graphic PVs, and fan animations.
2. All submissions will undergo review. Creators may only make their works public after passing the preliminary review of the FengHua Division or receiving a score in the University Division; otherwise, the participant will be considered to have forfeited their eligibility. Everyone can check the review list and progress in the official contest group chat.
3. All judges and staff members are allowed to participate in the contest, but if a judge submits an entry, it will be evaluated by the organizers on their behalf.
4. The contest allows multiple submissions per person, all following the regular process, but each creator can only receive prizes for the single highest-scoring entry. For collaborative works, the main submitting account will be considered.
5. A creator may apply for multiple special awards simultaneously and, upon approval, receive multiple special award titles, but can only receive one special award prize at most.
6. Since submissions rely on online forms, any malicious repeated uploads of unrelated files or actions disrupting the contest will result in a permanent disqualification from participating in FengHua contests.
7. The final interpretation rights of the contest belong to the organizers.
▪ Fenghua Race Track Rules
1. The contest review consists of two stages: the finalist selection and the ranking phase. All submissions must pass the preliminary review to qualify as finalists; all finalists will then enter the final review and receive a final ranking.
2. All submissions will be evaluated based on overall performance. A single work can receive up to one ranking award, several individual awards, and multiple special awards simultaneously.
3. There is no limit on the number of revisions for a single submission during the contest period: FengHua finalist works resubmitted before the deadline will no longer undergo preliminary review scoring but may affect the final review results; non-finalist works resubmitted will be treated as new submissions and go through preliminary review again (frequent minor edits and resubmissions are not recommended, as they have little impact on the outcome).
4. After submission, please keep an eye on private messages from @苍乃瑶. If you successfully become a finalist, we will contact you.
▪ Rules for the University Division
This year’s FengHuaHuiZhan will introduce a new [University Division], welcoming all MAD enthusiasts to participate with a more open attitude and a chance to receive exclusive gift packages. Outstanding works in the University Division will be included in a dedicated collection, aiming to provide more creators with a platform to showcase their works.
1. The University Division is open to everyone, including non-students; participants need to select “University Division” when filling out the FengHua [Submission Form] (FengHua and University share the same form).
2. Works in the University Division will proceed directly to the final review, including scoring and grading stages, with the grade level serving as the final result; creators who reach the designated grade level will receive exclusive gift packages.
3. All submissions will be evaluated based on overall performance. The University Division does not have ranking awards or individual awards; a single work can receive up to one gift package and multiple special awards.
4. There is no limit on the number of revisions for a single submission during the contest period: regardless of whether the work has been scored or graded, it will be treated as a new submission and undergo scoring and grading again (frequent minor edits and resubmissions are not recommended, as they have little impact on the outcome).
5. For more details, please follow the upcoming “University Division Column” announcements.
▪ Criteria for University Rankings
Creators may voluntarily provide their school name upon submission (regardless of division) to help their school participate in the [Institution Ranking].
